False Consciousness goes beyond Class

 

Karl Marx spoke of False Class Consciousness as a barrier towards revolution.  By this, he referred to people who identify with the Ruling Class and who are collaborators with the oppressors of the people.  He was correct to identify those who see themselves as apart from the masses by virtue of income or employment status.  False Class Consciousness is a problem, but it is not the only form of False Consciousness which we have to address.

Globalisation has seen millions of people cross national frontiers to live in lands with cultures, traditions and people with whom they have no bond.  The majority of the people who migrate retain their own identities and become little more than colonisers, retaining their traditions, superstitions, languages, customs, dress etc.  There are others who assimilate and adopt the ways of the country to which they move.  These people suffer from False Consciousness.

People who sing God save the Queen and who speak of the need to respect people in positions of authority, suffer from Stockholm Syndrome.  They have become so used to being oppressed that the only way they can cope is to adopt the identity of their oppressors.  The Ruling Class despise those who defer to them.  They know that these people are useful idiots in the maintenance of the Global Capitalist system.  The gradual awakening of the people to the oppressors who occupy positions of power threatens the Ruling Class.

Mass migration of people of diverse origins serves to distract the people's attention from the oppressors they are becoming aware of.   Liberal legislation to silence criticism of immigrants being brought in to lower wages and to create mass unemployment, breeds resentment which can be channeled into hostility to the outsiders.  The useful idiots who gain their knowledge from the mass media and the liberal education system are quick to jump to the defence of the immigrants, parroting the slogans of the media that those who do not wish to see their country transformed by immigration, are 'racists'.  This distraction helps to keep the Ruling Class in power. 

Amongst the immigrant communities are people who find their natural loyalties diluted and confused.  In extreme circumstances people from outside the nation come to identify with the mainstream culture, traditions and institutions (often becoming ardent Monarchists, supporting the Ruling Class oppressors).  The victory of globalism comes with the emergence of people who identify with the geographic location they find themselves in, rejecting their own origins.  In England there have been people of African and Asian origins protesting against immigration from Africa and Asia.  Self aware Africans should be leading Africa, looking after their own people and bringing justice to their ancestral homelands, not racially abusing their own people and contributing to their suffering.  The natural desire to be loyal to the homeland has become twisted by globalisers, with sections of the immigrant community not knowing where their loyalties should lie.  Ethnic False Consciousness and False Class Consciousness are equally tragic.

Ethnic False Consciousness is also common in white liberals who campaign against people who have a sense of loyalty to their own ethnic group.  This has now come to the point where animal cruelty, child abuse, homophobic attacks, religious intolerance and supremacist bigotry is defended, with confused liberal zealots attacking anyone who speaks out against behaviour and ideas which are insane and despotic.  The reactionaries who wrap themselves in the flag of Socialism have contributed to the misery of the Working Class by insisting that our borders be opened and all forms of identity except our own be tolerated.  Open borders are an insanity which allows the basest criminal to enter our homes.  Borders are our only defence against exploitation.

All False Consciousness has to be fought against.  The unity of the people will only come when the people unite as a single body, fighting for the good of the whole.  Bringing all the people living in the country to True Consciousness will see an end to the Ruling Class as all the people come to understand that we are one and that Social Class is an illusion.  It will also bring about the natural pride of belonging to an extended family, which also promotes respect for those outside the family.  The victims of Ethnic False Consciousness will be united with their brothers and sisters in their own homelands, just as we will enjoy the rebirth of our own greater family.

False Consciousness is a tool of the global Ruling Class. True Consciousness is the key to freedom for all people everywhere. 

SWPE on Facebook but not for Facebook

SWPE is not a pro-Facebook organisation.  Facebook is a notorious data mining operation, which has been accused by many sources of acting as a tool of the Establishment.  Why is there now an SWPE page on Facebook?  The reason for this move is to reach people who are involved with social networks, who might otherwise not know that there is a real Socialist alternative to the fake socialism of the liberal stooges of the more well known left in the UK.

SWPE does not advise that people join Facebook.  On the contrary, we advise our members and supporters to keep away from all social networks.  We have a page because it is better to fight in occupied territory than to leave the battlefield open to total domination by our oppressors.

The Mixed Ancestry Debate

A question which all political activists are asked, is the question of race.  This article is an attempt to answer the question fairly and honestly.

SWPE is a party of the hard left.  We make no apologies for our firm stance on the absolute need for England to become a Republic.  Our entire agenda is to restore our land to our people, and to remove all negative influences from inside and outside the indigenous population.  We are committed to absolutely and irrevocably destroying the presence of the three Semitic faiths, with their universalism and spiritual globalism.  We are absolutely committed to ending the rape of our land and the practice of cruelty to our animals.  SWPE is an organisation which seeks the best for all of living beings in England, from the indigenous human population to the wildlife who are suffering from the results of inorganic farming and the building mania which is ruining our open land.  We repeat that we are a party fighting for the physical, spiritual, cultural, emotional and societal needs of the indigenous population and the non-humans who we share our living space with.  But what of those who are not of our indigenous stock?

SWPE policy on immigration is very straight forward - we will stop all immigration, with the exception of kindred people who are suffering persecution due to their ancestry, such as the people of European ancestry in southern Africa.  Our policy on the colonies of immigrants which have been planted here since the end of the Second World War is also very straight forward - we will end the presence of the outsiders, by giving them handsome financial compensation for departing our shores.  The vast pakistani colonies exist as self-contained communities, so they will have no problem returning to pakistan - especially as they will find themselves rich people in their own homelands.  This is all fine for those who are of pure or mainly outside stock, but what of those who are of mixed descent?

SWPE is opposed to globalisation in every form, whether it is racial colonisation, spiritual colonisation or capitalistic colonisation.  We firmly believe in the value of our own people, and the need to protect our own kind from all hostile influences.  Stopping immigration is a simple task, requiring only the return of our military from foreign adventures in the service of capitalism, to take up their rightful place defending our seas, ports, airports etc, shooting on sight anyone who attempts to break into our homeland.  It will be made public knowledge that people attempting to break into our country will be dealt with by the armed forces, so that should prevent anyone except the willfully insane attempting to do so.  Repatriation of the people who have settled in self-contained colonies, is also a simple task.  Again, what of those of mixed ancestry?

SWPE asks the question: is someone with one indigenous grandparent and three grandparents from outside Europe, one of us?  The answer in the case of the three grandparents being of similar stock, must be no.  But, is someone with three indigenous grandparents and one grandparent from outside Europe one of us?  This is the sticky question which liberals like to ask, in order to provoke a hysterical supremacist and bigoted response, that 'even a single drop of non-European blood, makes the individual an outsider'.  SWPE does not accept this answer.

It is ironic, that the most vocal Jew haters, are the same people who cling to the idea that a single drop of non-European blood makes the individual a part of that outside group - the justification for this belief is Talmudic Judaism.  According to Jewish logic, if a child has a Jewish mother, it is a Jew, but if it has a non-Jewish mother, it is whatever the mother is.  Those who accept the 'single drop' view, are quick to label the children of indigenous women as outsiders, whilst to follow the argument logically, they would have to believe that the race of the father is irrelevant and that indigenous women can only produce children with indigenous mitochondrial DNA.   SWPE is not a Bible-loving organisation, so we have no problem in rejecting this lunacy out of hand.

The question of those of mixed ancestry has to be considered in relation to the percentage of outside genetic material and their own sense of identity.  Someone who is a half or a quarter indigenous may feel a sense of affinity with the indigenous population, and this has to be a factor in consideration of their place amongst us.  Anyone whose genetic stream is an eighth indigenous, has to be considered as not one of us.  It would be expected that those who are only one quarter European, would naturally consider themselves alongside the majority in their family.  But what if the other three quarters are equally divided?  Someone could be a quarter European, a quarter African, a quarter Chinese and a quarter Amerindian and identify fully with our nation.  The question is not a simple one to answer.

SWPE proposes that all people of less than one quarter indigenous (and kindred European) ancestry, depart our shores, to live amongst those of their kind, or in cases of complicated mixtures, with whom they identify.  For those with a quarter ancestry, we would encourage them to return to the ancestral homeland of the majority genetic stream (noting that this isn't always an easy thing to define).  For those who are half indigenous and half non-European. We would have to ascertain their sense of identity.  We propose to end the presence of the three Semitic faiths, thus anyone who is biracial but a committed adherent of Christianity, Islam or Judaism, would be removed from amongst us, as a believer in a negative force which has proven injurious to the European homeland. Those who are biracial and identify with the outside element, are also to depart.  People who are biracial, have no affinity for the Semitic religions, are anti-Cpitalist and identify themselves with our people, will be more than welcome to stay amongst us and contribute to our coming Republic.  We recognise that they are half of us, and that by their own belief in us, they will make a positive contribution to what is also their ancestral homeland.

In the coming Republic, race will not be something which guarantees citizenship.  There are hostile elements amongst us who need to be removed.  Citizenship as defined by ourselves will require a rejection of hostile politics, religion and economic ideology, within the setting of majority (or at least half) indigenous ethnicity.  We will not stop anyone who does not wish to be a part of the Republic from leaving.  We seek to build a strong and free nation - an extended family of equals.  By making sure the foundation of the Republic is strong, we will ensure that it grows to be a nation of beauty and harmony.  We have no intention of tinkering with a failed political socioeconomic system.  We are revolutionaries, not reactionaries.

Elite Schools are an affront to Freedom

 

England is an occupied nation.  It has been a nation controlled by its enemies, since at least the time of the Norman invasion of 1066.  The Ruling Class dictate to the ordinary people about how we must behave, what opinions we must have, who we are allowed to associate with, and what scraps we are permitted to take from the table.

The education system is one of the pillars of the tyranny of the Ruling Class.  The self-proclaimed 'elite' dictate that we must be educated to a standard which they define.  That standard is the lowest possible level of education which is necessary in order to keep the slaves in place and the capitalist system going.  Basic numeracy and literacy is all that is allowed for the majority of people who are kept as cogs in the machine.  The level of education given to us is such that it prevents freedom of thought; it prevents the slaves from questioning their slavery.

The situation in the 'education' system is worse than keeping the people in ignorance - we are subjected to brain-washing to make us feel that our owners are benevolent, and that we are really free.  Citizenship lessons teach us what it means to be a slave.  We are taught that we have to accept the invasion of our country by millions of people who despise us because we do not share their sick religious fantasies.  We are taught that to oppose the brutal cruelty of halal and kosher, is 'racist', as is any desire to live amongst our own people and practice our own culture and indigenous beliefs.  The 'education' system is an indoctrination system which keeps us submissive to the tyrants who rule us.  People wouldn't line the streets to get a glimpse of the royal family if they knew the truth about the thieves and butchers who occupy Buckingham Palace - if they had a real education, the queen's head wouldn't be on postage stamps, it would be on a spike on public display in a national museum to celebrate the end of our oppression.

While our people are forced to study alien faiths and to tolerate people who have been brought to our shores to create job insecurity and to cut wages to below liveable levels, the Ruling Class send their own children to schools where they do not have to mingle with people who hate them and where they do not have to listen to the promotion of insane cults (other than perhaps, the cult of money).  The Ruling Class are educated to have power over everyone else.  The ordinary people are forced into schools to become fodder for the factory, shop and army.  The Ruling Class are afforded the best that money can buy, in institutions that are tax exempt, adding the insult of tax avoidance to the injury of sustaining a class of tyrants who have gained their wealth by exploiting the rest of us and treating us like cattle.

SWPE demands that all private (so-called public) schools, colleges and universities be closed down.  Further, we demand that all boarding schools be shut down.  In the coming English Republic, education will be given free of charge to all, with the abolition of larger institutions, to be replaced by small local schools to which nobody can be admitted who doesn't live in the immediate area.  Children will stay in the same school from the point of entry as young children, to the point of exit at the highest practicable level.  There will be no further education colleges or universities, as the type of education offered at local level, will surpass the mind-numbing 'education' which is currently offered to people who have passed through the school system and into the decadent liberal recruiting grounds which make a mockery of the concept of seats of learning.

The days of the Ruling Class are coming to an end.  SWPE demands a completely new system of education in which everyone has the same opportunity to learn, every school is small enough to generate a community spirit, and every locality has a school of excellence to which all local people (and only local people) of all ages  will have access.

English Revolution

English Revolution was created in response to the need for a left-wing engagement with a rising English sense of national identity and to explore a local and national response to traditional left-wing causes abandoned by the established parties and movements of the Left . This theoretical experiment emerged from a background of heterogeneous, non-dogmatic left-wing radicalism willing to look outside of itself for support, allies and ideas; coupled with a respect for progressive patriotism and the positive role of traditional culture.

Betrayed by the Blairite Labour Party and its project to combine only the worst aspects of capitalism and socialism, the English working class is faced with a dearth of options. The three largest parties fight for control of the status-quo, accepting all the rules of the global capitalist world order laid down by United States, EU and IMF; differing only slightly in their carefully-crafted TV personalities and claims of managerial supremacy. Standing in the wings are UKIP and the Greens trying to pull the establishment consensus back into its old-fashioned Left/Right binary but ready to compromise and collaborate at the first sniff of power. Beyond that there is the more-or-less irreverent far-Left and far-Right fringes locked in their own political ghettos fighting among themselves.

Since I began this blog, I have come into contact with a number of similarly minded people seeking a way beyond the establishment system and tired old dogmas. Some of the best dialogue I have had has been with people who have histories of involvement in the far-right but have since categorically rejected racism and found inspiration in the more creative history of English radicalism.  I have also has to draw a line in my dealings with certain people and organisations who do not yet share this same rejection of racism and mistakenly believe we would countenance such a viewpoint.

My attempt to synthesise libertarian socialism and English civic pride has sadly met with little interest from the mainstream Left. Marxist organisations mostly like to fight over who is the correct bearer of that 'infallible' dogma so tend to have no tolerance of dissident socialisms. Other objections have been based on knee-jerk liberal assumptions and misunderstandings about who we are and what we want. The upshot is that 'Autonomous England' has failed to materialise into anything like the movement I originally talked about.

So where now? I will keep this blog going with occasional articles promoting alternative political ideas and dialogue across the out-dated political spectrum but will no longer profess to be a political movement in itself.  I just hope that in time more people will wake up and realise we must fight the system not each other.

Autonomous England is an inspiration.  It is unfortunate - but understandable - to see despondency.   SWPE implores Autonomous England to keep fighting.  Many battles will be lost before the victory we strive for.  Keeping active in the battle is the only way to halt globalisation.

Support the Populist Party in the 2015 General Election

SWPE is not contesting the 2015 General Election in the UK.  This does not mean that we are staying impartial, or limiting our activity to attacking the Establishment and all who profit from the exploitation of our people.  SWPE actively supports those who have the best interests of our people at heart.  A political party which shares many of our ideals is the Populist Party.  Their Statement of Principles is as follows:

Anti-Materialism
Populists believe that people should come first, before profit. We believe that the family and individual suffer under greed and excessive consumerism. Companies expect their employees to work longer, more unsociable hours and workers accept this through lack of power to oppose exploitation, but also voluntarily sometimes as they attempt to "keep up" with the latest fashions and technology, believing that they have to have the "latest" of everything.
This disposable society creates little of lasting worth. The system throws one person onto the dole, whilst expecting others to take on that person's job without an increase in pay. It is wrong.
Populists are wary of sponsorship. It is an American concept. The American way is to promote a globalised cosmopolitan culture based upon greed and standardisation. Populists oppose the Americanisation of societies.

Localism
Populists support the decentralisation of power on community lines, with each community being free to conduct its own business in whatever fashion its people see fit. The size of these communities is defined such that their members are both familiar and dependent on each other — a size something along the lines of a small town or village. Localist movements are often organized in support of locally owned, independent businesses and non-profit organizations. Populists support "buy local," "support local food," and "bank local" campaigns, local food networks, such as farmers' markets, allotments, food cooperatives, and restaurants that serve local food. Locally owned, independent businesses, including community banks and credit unions are our preferred model of economics.
Populists oppose the process of globalisation. We oppose the power of organisations such as the World Trade Organisation, World Bank, International Monetary Fund and major multinational corporations. Economic globalisation often works to the detriment of, or does not adequately promote, human values such as protection of the environment and climate, economic justice, fair treatment of the workforce, and leads to the destruction of indigenous cultures.

Conservation
Populists support the preservation of nations, cultures, peoples and species. We note how the native Americans, the Lapps and the Maoris have fought to keep their identity in the modern world. We believe that western nations (especially the English) face the same challenges in the future as a result of mass immigration. The Australians limited immigration via a points based system, where only those with the skills needed were allowed to reside in their country. Germany had a "Guest Worker" system. The UK has open borders. Populists believe that free movement of peoples across borders without proper controls leads to overcrowding in developed countries, with the result of erosion of the countryside as new homes are built to accomodate a growing population. The mass movement of capital and people undermines wages and threatens jobs. Populists also support preservation of history through museums and galleries, conservation of nature and greater listing of buildings of historic importance. We believe that nations and peoples that forget their history face a bleak future and that the countryside should be nurtured and treated with respect. Rural life should be defended against the developer and that we should guarantee the land for future generations. A clean earth is our birthright and we should see ourselves not as the world's owners, merely its stewards.

Sovereignty
Populists support self-determination, which means the ability of the people to govern themselves without outside interference. Populists oppose any moves toward world government, believing that local people best know how to run their own affairs. We oppose the existence of organisations such as the European Union and believe it will develop into a tyranny little better than previous attempts at creating transnational empires such as the Third Reich and Soviet Union.
Populists support "Food, Water and Energy Sovereignty" -- this is the ability to provide these essentials, rather than being critically dependent upon outside sources, which can be cut off at any time. These utilities must be nationally owned. Populists oppose attempts to police the world and convert nations into "Western Liberal Democracies". These missions are doomed to failure and the so-called "war on terrorism" would not have started if the Americans had not interfered in the Middle East. Populists support a policy of Swiss-Style neutrality as the best way to avoid unnecessary wars.

Public Provision
Populists support the great strides made in the 20th century to create a welfare system to protect ordinary folk from hardship. The welfare state can be comprehensive, as in Scandinavian states, or a safety net as in many other nations, but it must be fair and it should not act as a disincentive to work. The breakup of families and increase in personal debt has led to the benefits system spiralling out of control. Populists believe that measures to help the family structure and get people back into employment are crucial to reducing the reliance of people on benefits. Populists aim to make state provision of education so good that private education is no longer necessary. A selective system which allows students to advance at their own speed usually works best. Schools should equip children with life skills which will enable them to get a job and set up home. Not just essential verbal, written and numerical skills but also basic plumbing, electrics, and home economics.
Populists support the principle of of good healthcare standards regardless of income or personal status. All healthcare (including prescriptions, optical and dental tests) should be free at the point of use. Personal health and hygiene products should not be subject to tax.
Populists support public transport that is under public ownership. It must be clean, safe and crime-free for the commuter.

Producerism
Populists believe in full employment and the fair distribution of work. Unemployment is a waste of talent and resources. It leads to alienation, lethargy and crime (the saying "the devil makes work for idle hands" is as true as ever!). It is impossible to plan for the future without a job or regular income. Full employment leads to greater purchasing power and lower welfare costs. A producerist society is one in which those who work hard get a just reward for their work. Companies which introduce the "living wage" should pay less in business taxes in order to allow them to do so without incurring huge losses. Populists believe that the current employment "pecking order" is bogus. It should be about who provides society with something of lasting value. Which workers would be required in a "survival situation"? The builder who provides the roof above our heads, the cook, the doctor, the farmer. Who makes the most money in the "real world?"..... the pop star, the catwalk model, the speculator, the premier league footballer...
It seems those who would be the most useless on the proverbial desert island get the most out of the "free-market" system. Populists would change the tax system to redress the balance in favour of those who produce.
Our sympathies lie with those who live off the fruits of their own labour, rather than those who live off others. People who do "real" jobs, not agents and middlemen who live comfortably off the hard work of others. Populists support "Producers First" against those who scrounge off others or make their fortunes by shifting money between different countries.

Populist Economics
Populists believe that business should be the nation's servant - not its master. Proper sovereignty means a nation state keeping its own currency, trading with whom it chooses, controlling imports and exports, and regulating its currency to protect against speculation. National independence means nothing if not accompanied by economic independence. Populists oppose the international finance model of economy and private usury (money lending). Banks present a friendly facade whilst crippling small businesses. Populists prefer a National Investment Bank to ensure that money is ploughed into national economies rather than being "lost" to foreign competitors. As regards trade, a home industry will always be undercut by workers in poorer countries with slave labour wages. For fair pay and job security people must be encouraged to buy the goods they produce and the products must be affordable. A system which protects national industries from unfair competition and phases out multinationals and other overseas ownership of the economy (an idea known as protectionism) is the way to achieve this. Only goods which cannot be grown or produced here should be exempt from import tax. Populists support credit controls to ensure that money is only paid to those who can repay - thus avoiding the huge personal debts incurred by those with credit cards. Populists support a small-scale economy where the tax system works to break down department stores and supermarkets into smaller units and breaks up monopolies in retail distribution. We support mutuals, co-operatives, the self employed and the small shop.

Popular Democracy
In a Popular Democracy -- rather than a Representative Democracy -- the people retain and exercise the policy-making and law-making initiative, rather than being subject to it. In a Popular Democracy, the government is the servant of the people, not their master. Its job is to listen, respond and deliver to that which is demanded by the people. Initiative allows a percentage of voters to propose a law, or choose one for repeal, the results of which are binding. Recall allows voters to remove corrupt or inefficient politicians from office mid-term, rather than only at election time. Referendum is the right to petition for a vote that has already passed through parliament (or local council/canton) but not yet taken effect. Populists believe that all representatives should have no other income or rewards beyond the wage they receive as a member of parliament. Political parties should be funded by individuals, not businesses or trade unions. All public bodies should be elected and accountable - not unelected QUANGO's.

Popular Justice
Populists believe that all people should be criminally responsible for their actions and that the "punishment should fit the crime". We feel strongly as ordinary folk suffer disproportionately from crime. Victims of crime should always be put first and we support the right of self defence. Populists view justice as a universal concept. If a citizen commits a crime abroad they should be subject to their host's law and not extradited. We say that duties are as important as rights and societies that work are ones with agreed standards of behaviour. We oppose what is known as moral relativism.
We also say that crime is not to be defeated by moving the goalposts and decriminalising illegal acts, but by tackling the problems head on, so people can live free from fear.

Personal Freedom
Populists oppose any attempt to curtail free speech in the name of political correctness. In a free society the individual should have the right to participate in political activity without fear of being made homeless, jobless or any other punishment. Populists support the right to associate with those of one's choice, to have freedom of conscience and belief, and the right to trial by jury.



SWPE agrees with the Populist Party on the above Principles, with those parts highlighted dovetailing with our own ideals.  SWPE urges everyone who lives in an area where the Populist Party is standing, to vote for them.  For SWPE Members, voting for the Populist Party in the UK 2015 General Election must be not just a recommendation, but an instruction.
