An Australian Perspective

FIVE STEPS TO ADDRESSING AUSTRALIA’S HOUSING CRISIS.

1. Amend negative gearing laws to only allow tax deductibility for the interest component of mortgage repayments made on owner occupied properties.

Remove this concession for investment properties.

2. Cap net overseas migration to the number of people who permanently left Australia in the previous year.

The quickest way to cool demand for housing

3. Provide subsidies for regional development to encourage employment and housing projects outside major metropolitan areas.

Build new communities where land is plentiful.

4. Take back the power to create new money. New money is created each time a commercial bank makes a new loan.

The associated profit - or seigniorage - rightfully belongs to the Australian people, not foreign investors.

5. Actively support the establishment of interest free loans for owner occupied housing, using the JAK Bank funding model as a framework.

Editors note:

The 'Australian Perspective' is as applicable to the British Isles as it is to Australia.

The globalist drive to total urbanisation has to be stopped. The WEF and the Climate Alarmists are implementing 15 minute cities as a way of getting people used to living in compact neighbourhoods. The next step is to centralise the population in mega-cities, rewilding the countryside and making rural living something for the ruling class only.

The Socialist Motherland Party position is that urban living is anti-human, harmful to mind and body, and that a return to the land is vital to heal our people.

Breaking up the cities and transferring people to areas where there is more than enough space to live in harmony with nature, is the true environmentally sound path.

Thank you to Nine of Clubs - the voice of Paleo-Socialism in Australia - for this timely post, which shows that solutions to the problems caused by unipolar globalism can be found in multipolar internationalism.
